Ingredienser 

Dough

  • 250 g All-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 120 ml Water lukewarm

Filling

  • 1 kg Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs toasted
  • 50 g Butter melted

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add oil and lukewarm water, mix until dough forms.
  2. 2. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. 4. Roll out dough on a floured surface, then stretch it thin using your hands.
  5. 5. Spread melted butter over the dough. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  6. 6. Mix apples, sugar, raisins, and cinnamon. Spread mixture over the dough.
  7. 7. Roll up the dough, place on baking sheet, and brush with melted butter.
  8. 8. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
