Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Flounder (rødspætte) cleaned and gutted
- 2 tablespoon Salt
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Rub the flounders with salt and let them sit for 10 minutes.
3. Place the flounders on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Serve hot with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
