Bearnaise Opskrift
En klassisk opskrift på lækker bearnaisesauce.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 3 pcs egg yolks
- 200 g butter melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon chopped
- to taste salt
- to taste white pepper
Combine vinegar, water, and egg yolks in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk constantly until the mixture thickens.
Slowly add the melted butter while continuing to whisk. Make sure the butter is fully incorporated before adding more.
Once all the butter is added, stir in the chopped tarragon. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or keep warm until ready to serve.
