Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Put cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm.
