En klassisk dansk bøfsandwich med brun sovs og bløde løg.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 4 Burger Buns
- 2 Onions sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 500 ml Beef Broth
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Pickled Beets
Form ground beef into 4 patties.
Heat butter in a frying pan and cook onions until soft.
Remove onions and cook patties in the same pan until done.
In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux.
Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
Assemble the burgers with mustard, ketchup, pickled beets, and cooked onions.
Pour gravy over the assembled burgers and serve.
