Ingredienser

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 500 ml Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Pickled Beets

Instruktioner 

  1. Form ground beef into 4 patties.
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan and cook onions until soft.
  3. Remove onions and cook patties in the same pan until done.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux.
  5. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Assemble the burgers with mustard, ketchup, pickled beets, and cooked onions.
  7. Pour gravy over the assembled burgers and serve.
