Brandade er en klassisk fransk ret lavet af saltet torsk og kartofler. Perfekt til en hyggelig middag.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Salted Cod soaked overnight
- 300 g Potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 100 ml Milk warmed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Soak the salted cod overnight in cold water, changing the water several times.
2. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain.
3. In a separate pot, poach the cod in simmering water for about 10 minutes. Drain and flake the fish.
4. In a pan, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
5. In a blender, combine the potatoes, cod, garlic with olive oil, and warm milk. Blend until smooth.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
