Ingredienser

  • 4 slices Baguette sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic halved
  • 4 pcs Tomatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • a few leaves Basil chopped

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Rub the toasted baguette slices with the halved garlic cloves.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  6. Garnish with chopped basil leaves and serve immediately.
