  • 500 g Champignon sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instruktioner 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced champignon and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown.
  4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
