Ingredienser 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instruktioner 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  6. Add cashew nuts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
