Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup Cashew nuts
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Add cashew nuts and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
