Main Ingredients
- 200 g Butter cold
- 300 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl.
Add cold butter and rub it into the flour mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until a dough forms.
Press the dough into a tart pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
