Instruktioner
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
In a pan, melt the remaining butter and add flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk until the sauce thickens. Add half of the grated cheese and stir until melted.
Spread mustard on the unbuttered side of two bread slices. Add ham and some cheese sauce. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and top with remaining cheese sauce and grated cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
