Daim Cheesecake Opskrift
En lækker og nem cheesecake med Daim.

Crust
- 200 g Digestive biscuits crushed
- 100 g Butter melted
Filling
- 400 g Cream cheese
- 100 g Sugar
- 200 ml Heavy cream whipped
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 150 g Daim candy chopped
1. Mix the crushed Digestive biscuits with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
3. Fold in the chopped Daim candy. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
