Main Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 100 g Daim Chocolate chopped
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, and fold into the mixture.
Stir in the chopped Daim chocolate.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before serving.
