Ingredienser

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 piece Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 100 ml Heavy Cream

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray.
  4. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. In a small saucepan, heat the tomato paste and heavy cream over low heat until well combined.
  6. 6. Pour the sauce over the baked meatballs and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
