Dough
- 500 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 25 g Yeast fresh
- 2 Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 100 g Butter softened
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk and add to the flour mixture.
3. Add eggs and softened butter, knead into a smooth dough.
4. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
6. Place a spoonful of custard in the center of each square, fold the corners to the center and seal.
7. Place the buns on a baking tray and let rise for another 20 minutes.
8. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
