Salad Ingredients
- 200 g Feldsalat washed and dried
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
2. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
3. In a large bowl, toss the feldsalat with the dressing until evenly coated.
4. Serve immediately.
