Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Roast with Rind preferably with a good layer of fat
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 4 pieces Burger Buns
- 1 cup Red Cabbage pickled
- 1 cup Cucumber pickled
- 1 cup Remoulade
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Score the rind of the pork roast in a criss-cross pattern and rub salt into the cuts.
3. Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and cook in the oven for about 2 hours, or until the rind is crispy and the meat is tender.
4. Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
5. Slice the pork roast and assemble the sandwiches with the buns, pickled red cabbage, pickled cucumber, and remoulade.
