Main Ingredients
- 500 ml Heavy cream
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 sheets Gelatin soaked in cold water
1. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water.
2. In a saucepan, heat the cream and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Do not boil.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Squeeze excess water from the gelatin and add to the warm cream mixture. Stir until completely dissolved.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
6. To serve, dip the mold briefly in warm water to loosen the fløderand, then invert onto a serving plate.
