- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. 
- 2. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes. 
- 3. Add yeast mixture and 2 tablespoon of olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms. 
- 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. 
- 5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour. 
- 6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). 
- 7. Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Spread it out to about ½ inch thick. 
- 8. Use your fingers to make dimples in the dough. Drizzle with remaining olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and coarse sea salt. 
- 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. 
- 10. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
