  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 slices Bacon

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Lay the bacon slices over the top of the loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
