Ingredienser

  • 250 g Ground veal
  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground veal, ground pork, chopped onion, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. 4. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the meatballs until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
