Main Ingredients
- 250 g Butter softened
- 200 g Sugar
- 300 g Flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the beaten eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Fold in the flour until the dough is smooth.
Shape the dough into a ring and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before serving.
