Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 2 Onions chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 400 g Tomatoes diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
3. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5. Cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
