Main Ingredients
- 200 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter softened
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
