  • 1 whole Gråand cleaned and prepared
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bunch Fresh Thyme

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. Rub the gråand with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Place the garlic and thyme inside the cavity of the gråand.
  4. 4. Put the gråand in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for about 1 hour.
  5. 5. Let the gråand rest for 10 minutes before carving.
