Main Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes peeled and sliced
- 200 ml Heavy Cream
- 100 g Gruyère Cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
