Guanciale Opskrift
This is a traditional Italian recipe using guanciale, a type of cured pork cheek.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Guanciale sliced into strips
- 400 g Pasta spaghetti or bucatini
- 2 Eggs large
- 50 g Pecorino Romano grated
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. In a skillet, cook the guanciale over medium heat until crispy.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the grated Pecorino Romano.
4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the guanciale. Remove from heat.
5. Quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture, stirring to create a creamy sauce.
6. Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
