Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef cut into cubes
- 2 Onions chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 500 ml Beef broth
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 Potatoes diced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
2. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the paprika and tomato paste, and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours.
5. Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes, and cook for another 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
