  • 200 g Sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 ml Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add butter and stir until melted.
  4. 4. Slowly add heavy cream while stirring continuously.
  5. 5. Stir in vanilla extract and cook until mixture reaches 150°C.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let it cool completely.
  7. 7. Break into pieces and enjoy.
