  • 1 kg Hamburgerryg preferably smoked
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the hamburgerryg in a baking dish.
  3. Mix honey, mustard, and thyme in a bowl and spread over the meat.
  4. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
