Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Hamburgerryg preferably smoked
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the hamburgerryg in a baking dish.
Mix honey, mustard, and thyme in a bowl and spread over the meat.
Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
