Ingredienser 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Lobster cooked and shelled
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pcs Carrot chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Sauté onion, garlic, and carrot in a large pot until soft.
  2. 2. Add tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half.
  4. 4. Add fish stock and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Blend the mixture until smooth and strain back into the pot.
  6. 6. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Add lobster meat and heat through. Serve hot.
