Ingredienser 

Cake Base

  • 200 g Digestive biscuits crushed
  • 100 g Butter melted

Ice Cream Layer

  • 1 liter Vanilla ice cream softened
  • 200 g Strawberries sliced

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan.
  2. 2. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the biscuit base.
  3. 3. Top with sliced strawberries.
  4. 4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. 5. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
