Cake Base
- 200 g Digestive biscuits crushed
- 100 g Butter melted
Ice Cream Layer
- 1 liter Vanilla ice cream softened
- 200 g Strawberries sliced
1. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan.
2. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the biscuit base.
3. Top with sliced strawberries.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
5. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
