Main Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes peeled and boiled
- 500 g All-purpose flour
- 25 g Fresh yeast
- 10 g Salt
- 300 ml Water lukewarm
Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, yeast, and salt.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking tray.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the bread cool before slicing.
