  • 25 g Fresh yeast
  • 10 g Salt
  • 300 ml Water lukewarm

Instruktioner 

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, yeast, and salt.
  3. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking tray.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let the bread cool before slicing.
