En lækker og cremet kartoffelgratin, perfekt som tilbehør til enhver hovedret.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 300 ml Heavy Cream
- 100 g Grated Cheese Gruyère or similar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 pinch Nutmeg optional
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
