Ingredienser

  • 4 pcs Egg whites
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 100 g Dark chocolate chopped

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 100°C (212°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
  3. Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and holds stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped chocolate.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 1.5 hours or until the meringues are dry and can be easily lifted off the parchment paper.
  7. Let them cool completely before serving.
