Kyskager Med Chokolade Opskrift
En lækker opskrift på kyskager med chokolade.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pcs Egg whites
- 200 g Sugar
- 100 g Dark chocolate chopped
- Preheat your oven to 100°C (212°F). 
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. 
- Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and holds stiff peaks. 
- Gently fold in the chopped chocolate. 
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
- Bake for 1.5 hours or until the meringues are dry and can be easily lifted off the parchment paper. 
- Let them cool completely before serving.
