En klassisk dansk opskrift på Landgangsbrød.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Rye bread
- 200 g Cold cuts (ham, roast beef, etc.)
- 4 slices Cheese
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 1 cup Tomato slices
- 1 cup Cucumber slices
- 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Place the rye bread slices on a baking sheet.
3. Layer cold cuts and cheese on each slice of bread.
4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
5. Remove from the oven and add lettuce, tomato, and cucumber slices.
6. Top with a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice.
7. Serve immediately.
