  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 lemon Lemon sliced

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the mackerel fillets on a baking tray.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place lemon slices on top of the fillets.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
