  • 200 g Mungbønner soaked overnight
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 400 ml Water
  • to taste Salt

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add cumin and turmeric, stir well.
  4. 4. Add soaked mung beans and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until beans are tender.
  6. 6. Season with salt to taste. Serve warm.
