  • 1 kg New potatoes scrubbed clean
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt

Instruktioner

  2. 2. Add the new potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes, until tender.
  3. 3. Drain the potatoes in a colander.
  4. 4. Toss the hot potatoes with butter and chopped parsley.
