- 1 kg New potatoes scrubbed clean
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley chopped
- to taste Salt
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the new potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes, until tender.
3. Drain the potatoes in a colander.
4. Toss the hot potatoes with butter and chopped parsley.
5. Season with salt to taste and serve warm.
