  • 500 g Flour
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 bottle Beer

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves.
  3. Gradually add the beer while stirring until the batter is smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool before serving.
