Main Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 300 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
- 1 bottle Beer
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves.
Gradually add the beer while stirring until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased baking tin.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before serving.
