Øllebrød Opskrift
Øllebrød er en traditionel dansk ret lavet af rugbrød og øl. Det er en varm og trøstende grød, perfekt til kolde dage.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Rugbrød stale, cut into small pieces
- 500 ml Øl preferably dark beer
- 500 ml Vand
- 50 g Sukker
- 1 teaspoon Vaniljesukker
1. Put the bread pieces in a saucepan and pour the beer and water over them. Let it soak for about 10 minutes.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it starts to boil.
3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
4. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and stir well until dissolved.
5. Serve the øllebrød hot, optionally with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
