Main Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Butter cold
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Orange zest from one orange
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar.
Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg and orange zest, and mix until the dough comes together.
Roll the dough into sticks and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
