Ostefondue Opskrift
En lækker opskrift på ostefondue, perfekt til en hyggelig aften.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Gruyère cheese grated
- 200 g Emmental cheese grated
- 1 clove Garlic halved
- 300 ml Dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 30 ml Kirsch optional
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Nutmeg grated
- 1 loaf Crusty bread cut into cubes
Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the garlic halves, then discard the garlic.
Pour the wine and lemon juice into the pot and heat gently until hot, but not boiling.
Gradually add the cheese, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
Mix the cornstarch with water and stir into the cheese mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until thickened.
Add the kirsch, if using, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Serve with cubes of crusty bread for dipping.
