Ingredienser

  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 2 slices Rye bread toasted
  • 2 Egg yolks raw
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Capers
  • 2 slices Pickled beets chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Form the ground beef into two patties.
  2. 2. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. 4. Toast the rye bread slices.
  5. 5. Place the cooked patties on the toasted rye bread.
  6. 6. Top each patty with a raw egg yolk, chopped onions, capers, and chopped pickled beets.
  7. 7. Serve immediately.
