Pariserbøf Opskrift
En klassisk dansk ret med hakkebøf på ristet brød, toppet med rå æggeblomme, løg, kapers og rødbeder.

Main Ingredients
- 250 g Ground beef
- 2 slices Rye bread toasted
- 2 Egg yolks raw
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Capers
- 2 slices Pickled beets chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Form the ground beef into two patties.
2. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
4. Toast the rye bread slices.
5. Place the cooked patties on the toasted rye bread.
6. Top each patty with a raw egg yolk, chopped onions, capers, and chopped pickled beets.
7. Serve immediately.
