  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Rub the duck pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme.
  3. Place the duck pieces in a roasting pan.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until the duck is golden and crispy.
  5. Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before serving.
