- 1 whole Duck cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Rub the duck pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme.
Place the duck pieces in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until the duck is golden and crispy.
Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before serving.
