  • 200 g Perlespelt Rinsed
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper To taste

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the rinsed perlespelt and stir well.
  4. 4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until the perlespelt is tender.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
