Main Ingredients
- 200 g Butter softened
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs large
- 200 g Flour all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the batter into a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before cutting into small squares.
