  • 4 Eggs large
  • 200 g Flour all-purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool completely before cutting into small squares.
