  • 500 g Rhubarb cut into pieces
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 g Butter cold and diced
  • 150 g Flour

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour and butter. Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the rhubarb.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
