  • 100 g Tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 500 ml Oil for frying

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Blend shrimp into a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Mix shrimp paste with tapioca flour and salt.
  3. 3. Roll the mixture into a log and steam for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Let it cool, then slice thinly.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the slices until crispy.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve.
