Ingredienser

  • 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 l Fish stock
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and add the cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
